Join us for our 2nd WWII on the Homestead event on Saturday July 22. 2023 from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Visit with Historical interpreters and reenactors, view uniforms and artifacts from our collections, learn about rationing, home canning, victory gardens and life on the farm during the war. U.S. Army European theatre will be on display in the Gibbs side yard. Free Event. 
Beautiful hand-made quilts made by adult quilters and 4-H quilters will be on display at Stearns Homestead on Saturday, August 26 from 11 am – 2 pm and on Sunday, August 27 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Several quilts will be available for purchase. Stop in and visit to learn how you can join the 4-H quilters group, the Sassy Stitchers.

No age limit for pony rides, weight limit 250 lbs. Ticket sales for pony rides end at 2:30 pm.

You are invited to attend the animal blessing at Stearns Homestead on Saturday, October 7, 2023, to begin promptly at 10 am.
Deacon Jerry will preside, providing a blessing to the farm animals and to you and your pet(s). All pet(s) must be on a leash or in
a carrier.
Please park in the south parking area and use the sidewalk by the street to access the area in front of the big red barn. All will be asked to create a circle on the blacktop for prayer and blessing.

Sunday October 15 1pm – 3 pm
Join us for family fun celebrating the fall season with pumpkins, scarecrows, pedal tractors, pony rides, hayrides, crafts, great food, bakery, music and plenty of general fun for all ages… and of course, the farm animals!

Santa will be visiting the homestead from 11 am – 3 pm.
Santa photos are $5; all proceeds go to feed and care for the farm animals in the winter months.
Christmas Shoppe will be open in the Gibbs House and animal feed will be available at the barn ($).
