Kids and adults will have the opportunity to talk on the worldwide amateur (a.k.a. ‘ham’) radio bands with kids in far reaching places. Farm visitors will receive instruction from members of the Parma Radio Club to use amateur radio to tell kids around the country about their exciting day at Stearns Homestead. Join the Parma Radio Club on June 18, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the Stearns cabin. Free event open to the public

Visit with Historical interpreters and reenactors, view uniforms and artifacts from our collections, learn about rationing, home canning, victory gardens and life on the farm during the war.

U.S. Army European theatre will be on display in the Gibbs side yard.
