Pork and Sauerkraut Casserole


  • 3-4 lbs of ground pork
  • 2 lg. cans sauerkraut
  • 1 medium onion (minced)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2-3 cans tomato soup

Brown meat and onion in large skillet.  In another pan cook rice as directed on box.  Wash sauerkraut and then drain.

Mix all ingredients together and then bake at 325 degrees until the edges turn brown.
